a NEW fully furnished 28.26sq.m air conditioned 1bedroom 5ft bed,fitted wardrobe,sofa bed in the living room area for 3rd guest(extra 250b per night )with air conditioning plus Android TV and bathroom with hot water showers. Fully fitted kitchen with all utensils provided. Washing machine. Balcony over looking the pool. Double locks on front door one being a Dead bolt lock. Use of gym 0700-1900hrs. Free parking. 24 Security Guards. Non-smoking building it has a designated smoking area on the ground floor. Unfortunately no pets is allowed
