This charming family friendly villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large heated pool is set in the peaceful area of Faro Park. This villa offers great outside space and a terraced external dining area complete with a Canarian BBQ.
The lounge has leather sofas and a good UK TV package and also WiFi included in the price. The kitchen is small but well equipped with microwave and a good size fridge freezer, there is a washing machine located in the Solana. With this villa there is also a small den – perfect for the kids to hang out in, and a games console for their entertainment, the den also has a sofa bed if required for a 5th person.
This villa has a comfortable lounge with a leather suite, ceiling fan, coffee table, internet TV system with a good choice of channels including BBC/ITV/Sky sports/Sky movies etc, DVD and video player and music system. There is a new Xbox 360 for you to enjoy. Also provided are a selection of DVDs, videos, CDs, books and games. Internet connection is available at the villa free of charge. To one end of the lounge is the dining area with seating for 4 people. The Patio doors from the lounge overlook and open up directly onto the pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. In the main bedroom there is a double bed, bedside cabinets, dresser, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and bath with shower over. The other bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobes and there is a shower room with cubicle. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. You also have a children’s games room (3rd bedroom) which has a double futon, satellite TV system, music system and Play Station with games where they can have their own space, while you can relax in the main lounge. In the utility room you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer. Hairdryer, personal safe, 3x portable cooling fans, 3x heaters (for cooler evenings), cushions for outside seating and 6 x pool towels (pool use only) are all provided.
Outside you have your own private 8.5m x 3.8m electrically or solar heated swimming pool with steps leading down into it and surrounded by a large lawned terrace with sun loungers and patio tables with 6 chairs where you can relax and enjoy the hot Lanzarote sunshine and those sea views. The pool depth is 1.2 to 1.5 max with a 600mm wide ledge/platform across the pool at the left hand shallow end which is only 500mm deep. There is also a covered alfresco dining area with a wooden table and 4 chairs, plus a wooden bench seat. A large BBQ with shelving and cupboards, one of which contains a fridge so you to do not have to go far for the steaks, a cold glass of wine or a beer. The outside area is fully enclosed by a wall. There is private parking and a landscaped front garden.
