If there are changes to your schedule, kindly inform us at least 2 hours before the check-in time. Failure to do so may result in a $50 rescheduling fee per occurrence or a $50 per hour waiting fee with a 1-hour minimum charge.
◆ To check-in, guests must provide a photo ID that matches the name on the booking and sign a terms of accommodation agreement.
◆ Please note that for same-day bookings, check-in may take up to 3 hours from the time of booking.
◆ If you notice any issues with your apartment upon check-in, please inform us within the first hour, and we will do our best to resolve them promptly.
◆ Please note that we provide a starter pack of essential household items per stay, including shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Should you require more during your stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

EXTRA SERVICES
