It's on the District Line, which connects direct to Southfields for the Wimbledon tennis championships, and in the opposite direction to destinations around central London, including Westminster, Tower Hill (for the Tower of London), Whitechapel, West Kensington, Kew Gardens and Richmond.
West Brompton station is slightly further from the apartment (0.8 miles), also on the District Line, but has the added advantage of being served by London Overground network, which has stops all over the capital
