Summary: We rented for two months. The Meadows is a development with walking trails all around. Close enough to walk to UTC, about 3 miles there and back. The biggest disappointment was there was no BBQ area and with all the traffic everyday, it took at least 30-40 minutes to get to the ocean to any of the beaches. We did not realize this before booking. For those two reasons we would not stay here again, especially for the price we paid. The property manager was responsive to our concerns and dealt with them right away! The development itself is very nice.
