The house is a 2 bedroom bungalow on a 300m2 plot, right in the middle of Valle del Este Golf resort, Vera, Almeria. You are surrounded by the golf course, its a quiet residential area. The house is about relaxing, enjoying nature and in general absorbing what is around you, great beaches, fantastic food, awesome weather all year round. You will be welcomed by our hosting team and they will cater for any eventuality.
The house is very secure with private security. You can either chill out in the house , the house sits on a 300mts plot with a newly refurbished garden that will give plenty of space , be sun or shade. Lovely sandy beaches about are a 10 mins drive, its a large 10 kms sandy beach so never gets overly crowded. If you fancy the Spa it is available for guests not staying at the hotel , reasonable price.
The house is practical and everything if there for you to use from tennis rackets (For paddle tennis, which you can use at the hotel), board games, Netflix, Amazon prime, Wifi, Xbox S and a large collection of DVD mostly in English. Aired Tv is a mix of UK, French, Spanish, German . It is a 55 Smart tv UHD, easy, you will get the hang of it. There is an inflatable kayak with lifejackets and paddles included, try it at the beach (inflate it at the beach it will not fit in your car!)
There are small orange, lime and lemon trees and Jasmin. Please help yourself !!

It is a nice quiet residential area to relax with your family and friends.
The lovely communal pool , entry with key provided , open all year round.
The Swimming pool is open 365 days and 24 hours.
We ask you to make a reasonable use of air-con so we can maintain reasonable prices for everyone to enjoy the property and use it when really necessary, don't use it when you are not in, the house cools down in a few minutes, there are several ceiling fans which help a lot. When you leave the property draw the blinds and close the doors it will keep the heat out. You are also welcome to use the clean water filter, saves you money and less plastic goes into the sea, just pour water into it and drink when filtered, easy.
