Summary: These were the issues we had during our stay: -prior to our trip, poor communication from property manager -the initial check in process was overwhelming-the property is an apartment with two entrances on opposite sides of the building. There are 4 entrances to the building-only certain entrances use a key, others a number pad & key fob. I was not given a key fob which gave me access to the entrance closest to the reserved parking spot (which was rarely used due to the distance). The property manager did get a key fob for me after we got into the apartment. -In her welcome email, the property manager emphasizes the importance of going through her for any property issues, not the apartment complex office. I went through her for loud noise at 1:30 am in the apartment above me as well as the ice maker not working. She did communicate with me the first occasion with the noise but did not follow through with the 2nd incident. She also did not follow through with getting the ice maker looked at. (Our stay was 5 nights). -There were dead bugs in the master bath and in the master closet With a lot of the other reviews, others are commenting on the beds being too hard. For us, this wasn't the case. The location is great with quick access to a grocery store and other restaurants and shops. Overall, the apartment provides the necessities with a variety of TV as well as wi-fi. The property manager would benefit greatly with using better communication with the potential renters about planning their special trips. (This was our Christmas trip).
