We provide the essentials, including hotel quality linens, towels, and a starter kit of basics, so you can pack light and focus on making memories. And with a washer and dryer available for your use, you can freshen up your clothes at any time.
The cabin is spread out on two floors so you can sleep peacefully with a split floor plan.
- The main level bedroom has a king-sized bed and has a half bath across the hall.
- The lower level bedroom has a king-sized bed, full over full bunk bed, and twin trundle bed.
- The full bath is attached to the lower level bedroom and also opens to the downstairs living space.
There is plenty of room throughout the cabin should you wish to set up an air mattress in the loft or in one of the living spaces (full sized air mattress and sheets are provided).
Enjoy multiple seating areas and spaces to relax throughout the cabin.
- Start with the upper loft, where you can admire the panoramic views of the surrounding woods and look out over the living space below.
- The main level living area features an open living space with comfortable seating areas and a 50' Roku TV.
- Head down to the lower level for a cozy and comfortable atmosphere with a 55" Roku TV, large comfy sofa, bar area, and shuffleboard table
There is a door to the lower level which you can close for added privacy to separate the upper and lower levels.
The dining area is open to the kitchen and the living space
- The dining table seats 8-10 plus there are 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter.
- The kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots & pans, serving dishes etc for everyday cooking or what you'd need to host a holiday meal.
- A dual Keurig coffee maker has options for both K-cups or drip coffee and a starter supply of kcups, creamer, sugar are provided.
Off the kitchen there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
Head out to the sunroom and open the windows to take in the mountain air through the comfort of the screened in space.
Step outside to relax on the wrap-around balcony, complete with rocking chairs and a picnic table with umbrella. Walk around to the gazebo for additional seating in the covered space.
Our cozy cabin offers ultimate privacy while still being in proximity to a guesthouse on the property. The guesthouse is a separate structure from the cabin, and both spaces are thoughtfully designed to provide an exclusive and private experience for our guests.
Check-in is contactless, and you'll receive a key code to the door one day before your arrival, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Note: The primary bedroom on the main level is currently locked off due to scheduled renovations. Rest assured, the listing is updated to include the amenities and spaces that are available for your use (1 bedroom upstairs with king bed and 1 bedroom downstairs with king bed and full over full bunk with trundle bed). You have full use of the rest of the cabin (other than the utility rooms which are locked) and renovations will not be occurring during your stay, ensuring complete privacy and uninterrupted tranquility.
HOUSE RULES
Please note that this property is within a community which restricts motorcycles, mopeds, go-carts, trail bikes or other ATV vehicles. No recreational vehicles may be operated on the premises.
No firearms, fireworks, pyrotechnic devices or hunting is allowed.
The speed limit is 15mph within the community.
No smoking inside the cabin. Additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied for failure to comply.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.
Cameras on property: There are two exterior cameras on the property. One trail camera faces the road into the property and takes still photos of cars entering and exiting via the driveway. One camera on the front of the guesthouse/garage records audio and video of the driveway and will be on during your stay. The private outside balcony and deck is on the opposite side of the home than the driveway and not in view of the cameras.
