We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly. Unfortunately we don't allow cats (we're allergic).

Interstate 81, and Route 11 with all its towns full of shops, eateries, historic sites, and other attractions. 20 minutes to Luray, VA, to enjoy the Luray Caverns, have a bite to eat, or continue on to Skyline Drive and the Shenandoah National Park.
This area of Virginia has so much to offer, and Golden Woods is the perfect place – whether you want to explore the area, or just cozy up around the fire and take in the sites. We’d love to host you!
