Positive: The apartment was clean, modern and had two spacious balconies. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen (a single row right next to the entrance door) was a little bit small but functional. The owner of the apartment was very friendly and proactive - for example after I booked the apartment he gave me a call to ask about the preferred bedding arrangement for my two children so that everything was prepared when we arrived.
Negative: The spa facilities - swimming pool and sauna which belonged to the hotel next door - were located in a different building so that you had to walk outside to get there. The sauna could be only used in the evening from 5 to 9 whereby the visit had to be prebooked before 6pm as the hotel reception closed at 6pm. So you had to plan your sauna visit in advance. Also, a dishwasher in the apartment would have been a plus.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay in the apartment but little bit disappointed with the spa facilities advertised.
