This beautiful holiday home with a swimming pool is located just 200 m from the sea and the beach in the Dalmatian coastal town of Sveti Petar between Biograd and Zadar and is therefore ideal for exploring both cities.
The house offers 200 m² of living space for up to 8 people. The premises are spread over several floors:
On the ground floor of the house there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
On the first floor of the house there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a living/dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen.

There you can swim under beautiful waterfalls, walk in the forest and observe different species that live in the park. Tours are organized to Plitvice National Park, one of the most famous places in Europe with beautiful lakes and waterfalls.
You can also visit Paklenica National Park and take a climbing course there. On the other side of Velebit is Sjeverni Velebit National Park where you can visit rescued bears.
