Casa Mareblu is a beautiful and modern villa with sauna, hot tub and swimming pool (12x5 m, depth 1.50 m) located on the seafront in Marina di Modica, on the southern coast of Sicily. The house extends over 3 levels and is surrounded by a large well-kept garden with direct access to the sea. Large partially covered terrace, equipped for relaxation and outdoor dining with sea views, barbecue. All rooms are air conditioned. Ideal starting point for visiting the baroque UNESCO World Heritage cities of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica and Noto, as well as lovely seaside resorts such as Sampieri, Punta Secca and Donnafugata with its nineteenth-century castle.
