The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen giving a great space to enjoy family and friends, even when cooking, or cleaning up, in the well equipped kitchen. An abundance of windows in the living area allows a bright, cheery atmosphere with a great view of sunsets, sunshine, water, and the bay.
The master bedroom is welcoming with a king size bedroom grouping.The spacious master bath has linen closet, shower, and large vanity.
A walk-in closet fulfills all the space needs for vacationers' belongings.
The second bedroom has a single and queen size bed with a t.v. and DVD player.
The guest bath, equipped with tub/shower combination, is accessed from the hallway, as well as from the bedroom.
It is a joy to have a separate laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, and a utility room off the laundry room.
The jelly cabinet in the hallway has goodies for the guests: paper, pencils, scissors, games, etc.
