From the entry foyer, a flight of stairs takes you up to the 2nd floor main living level where you are greeted with soothing tropical color and comfortable island furnishings.Thedining table has seating for 6 with 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
The lustrous new white cabinetry is topped with perfect complementary quartz counters and features stainless appliances. The dining room has a table for 6 for an enjoyable sit-down meal or, for a quick bite before heading out for a day of fun-in-the-sun, the breakfast bar has seating for three.
The living roomboasts a large, flatscreen TV, a comfortable sofa, love seat, a side chair and open floor plan to the dining area. Step outside into the screened patio for a relaxing after dinner aperitif and enjoy the peaceful marina view as the boats return to the harbor. Or, if a little after-dinner activity is in order, a spiral staircase leads from the screened porch down to the brick-paved pathway and to theclubhouse pool, grotto spa and game room.
Also on the 2nd floor is a full bath and a bedroom with a large daybed and a single, pullout trundle.
The 3rd-floor master bedroom features a king bed, a flatscreen TV and alarge glassed-in sitting area to relax and enjoy that marina view through the treetops.
