Our house, newly built in 2014, is located just 100 metres from the shores of Lake Millstatt, at the end of a cul-de-sac (so no traffic and extremely quiet!), on the sunny side of the lake!
Over 210 square metres of living space, divided over 3 floors, all three of which are designed as separate flats and can also be occupied as such if desired, are at your disposal. Whether you are a large group or three individual families, our house is the perfect holiday accommodation for you.
In the basement you will find a bedroom, 1 living room (with pull-out sofa bed - if necessary), 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with WC. Directly from the living room you have access to the wind-protected terrace, from which you can also access the garden directly via 4 steps.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 very(!) large living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with WC and a WC. From the living room, a large sliding glass door leads directly onto the terrace, which is really big enough for larger groups.
And on the upper floor there is another living room with direct access to a terrace, which again provides access to the garden via an external staircase. There are also 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with WC and a WC upstairs.
The house faces directly south, which means you have sun all day long and the magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains will put you in the perfect holiday mood every day.
During your summer holiday, you will of course have Lake Millstatt right in front of you every day. The lido is just 150 metres away, so you can take your first dip in the lake on the terrace before breakfast.
If you don't want to swim or bathe, Seeboden of course also offers every other kind of holiday entertainment, whether pedal boating, windsurfing, rowing, tennis or simply shopping.
For hikers, mountain enthusiasts and climbers, the surrounding mountains of the Gailtal or Gurktal Alps are of course THE paradise par excellence.
For cyclists, there is a cycle path around the lake. If golf is your holiday activity of choice, the nearest golf course "Millstätter See" is less than 5 minutes away.
And if you fancy paragliding or hang-gliding - the Goldeck, also just 5 minutes away, offers just that.
As a winter holidaymaker, skier or snowboarder, you are only 5 minutes away from the Goldeck ski area (with the longest black run in the Alps). There is also a free ski bus that stops 400 metres from the house. The Katschberg and Bad Kleinkirchheim ski areas can be reached in 20 - 25 minutes. And if you drive 45 minutes, you can also enjoy the slopes of Turracher Höhe and Katschberg. For the cross-country skiers among you, there are several trails around the lake, some of which can be easily reached on foot.
