With ample seating, entertainment in the form of a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player, and a wet bar for added convenience, the living room opens up to a spacious screened-in balcony and private beach access walk. Vaulted ceilings bring a dramatic touch to the room and allow natural sunlight to flow in through the windows and fill the room with sunshine. Blue backsplash with white marble counters makes the newly renovated kitchen bright and tasteful. Counter and cabinet space have been optimized with guests in mind, providing plenty of storage.
