Upstairs: 4 bedrooms: Lantilly with two double beds, Bussy with one double bed, Fontenay with three single beds, and Alésia with one single bed. Bathroom. Toilet. Central heating.
Terrace and enclosed garden (90 m²) with a large Weber gas barbecue (+ €12 cleaning fee if required). Free access to the owner's 500 m² ornamental garden (vegetable and herb garden). Covered carport. Parking: 3 spaces.
