Ground floor: kitchen with a range cooker opening onto the 40 m² living room, with a dining area, lounge, and large wood-burning stove. A bedroom with a queen-size bed is accessible to people with reduced mobility, with a large private bathroom, walk-in shower, and toilet. The entire ground floor is accessible with the provision of removable ramps and a separate entrance to the bedroom. A separate toilet is located in the entrance hall.
