Directly facing the Blue Flag beach of Santa Maria del Focallo (Pozzallo) with its stupendous crystal clear water, Villa Aquamarina is a jewel with a splendid view from where you can admire beautiful sunsets over the sea. The marine setting combined with modern décor and the garden with direct access to the beach make this a unique home, able to provide a comfortable holiday, relaxing in the sun and on the beach. In the large furnished gazebo overlooking the sea you can organize exciting alfresco meals with typical Sicilian dishes while, for those not wanting to cook, close by is a beach bar/restaurant, Il Capitano, one of the most famous in the area where you can dine directly on the beach. The villa, thanks to its location and extras, is excellent for both family holidays or romantic stays and allows you to make quick excursions to tourist spots like Modica, Ragusa and Donnalucata or to book a catamaran to spend half a day in Malta.
Interior:
The house has two floors. The entrance on the ground floor, across the veranda, leads into the living room which adjoins the kitchen. From the living room a corridor leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with hydro-massage shower and the other with shower. An external staircase leads up to the first floor with a veranda overlooking the sea which leads to a reading room and then on to the sleeping area of this floor. On one side is a beautiful double bedroom suite with sea view and bathroom with hydromassage shower and on the other is a corridor leading to a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Park:
The exterior of the property is divided into terraces, with a large 3-car parking area and a beautiful panoramic garden equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs, with direct access to the beach. There is also a gazebo overlooking the sea, equipped with barbecue and outdoor kitchen. From the first floor terrace, furnished with deckchairs, you can admire the beautiful sunsets offered by this part of Sicily. In the garden there is also a jacuzzi softube.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
