Summary: It is an old style motel on spreading park like setting, right on busy Kingsway. It is clean, comfortable and partiality renowned. Easy access to downtown, bus, all sorts of restaurants around. Excellent sushi restaurant right across the street. The outside area has picnic tables. The rooms are cooled with a fan, there is no AC, but even it was a hot July day, the sleeping temperature was fine. I would definitely come back if I needed relatively central, affordable accommodation.
