There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. With a queen size, pull-out couch, the game room may double as a 4th bedroom. This home is 3,000 square feet under air and 4,400 square feet under roof. The lanai is large enough for a dining area, and seating area with TV so you can keep track of your favorite team score and still watch the kids in the oversized pool. Don't forget the wet bar with seating and fridge to keep your drinks cold. Wet bathing suits no problem. There is an outside ½ bathroom for your convenience and an outside shower too! Just want to soak up the sun? Choose one of the two patios one has a private entrance to the master bedroom, the other a gathering point for all with a fire table.
