VILLA EL MIRADOR is a very spacious villa with panoramic views situated in one of the most exclusive areas of Alhaurín de la Torre such as the urbanization Pinos de Alhaurín. This is due to its beautiful views over the valley and the mountains, being situated in an area of total tranquillity and privacy, while being only a few minutes away from everything by car.
It is a detached villa distributed over two floors with the following distribution:
FIRST FLOOR
-KITCHEN A: a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the existing equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, complete kitchenware and cutlery. There is also a dining table for up to 4 people and direct access to the living room, American style.
LOUNGE A: it is quite spacious, with a large 3-seater sofa, several armchairs, 65' Full HD TV, table for up to 6 people and all this with large windows overlooking the bay of Malaga (Impressive). Also in this area we find a nice table to work with the computer.
-BATHROOM A: in the hall we find a bathroom with WC, double washbasin and spa type bathtub.
BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed 160x200cm with built-in wardrobe, BATHROOM B en suite with shower, WC and washbasin, and window overlooking the front courtyard.
B BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed 180x200cm with built-in wardrobe and window overlooking the front courtyard.
-BEDROOM C: consists of two 90x200cm single beds with computer work area and window overlooking the front courtyard.
GROUND FLOOR (Independent Apartment)
-LIVING ROOM B: an additional living room with double sofa bed and TV. Additionally there are two click-clac beds of 135x190cm each.
-KITCHEN B: an additional kitchen on the ground floor with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and all the necessary utensils you need in a fully functional and beautifully designed kitchen.
-BEDROOM D: consists of a double bed of 160x200cm.
-BATHROOM C: has a shower, WC and washbasin.
OUTSIDE
We have a huge terrace that surrounds the whole house with several independent areas within it:
- Swimming pool area, where to take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures, it has several hammocks and sun loungers to relax.
- Outdoor kitchen area, our favourite area, as you have a tremendous professional kitchen for cooking, a large solid wood table for 10 people to eat, a relaxation area with 2 sofas and a TV with international channels, several fridges and coolers, you won't want to leave this area!
- Garden area, where there are several fruit trees.
- Parking area and garage.
- Leisure area with petanque court.
- Entrance area to the house, with more parking areas and a huge fountain presiding over it.
WIFI connection available throughout the property.
