We do live in our home full time, and love to share our two extra bedrooms to those looking for home away from home experience. This particular bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 twin bed, night stand, full size dresser, desk and ample closet space. High speed Wifi is free and we have central AC and heating units for both floors so comfortable temps can be dialed in with ease. The large bathroom has 2 sinks, a linen closet, an enclosed shower/tub, and plenty of drawers to store your stuff. The bathroom is semi-private in that it is used only by our guests from the 2 bedrooms that we rent. If no one is renting the other bedroom, you will have a private bathroom. We welcome you to enjoy the other areas of our home including a large living room and
formal dining room, a beautiful kitchen and eating area that flows into a cozy family room with fireplace and of course the seating on our front porch is great for relaxing and reading. You will fall in love with our large backyard deck over-looking our garden and large fire-pit. The backyard is complete with festive lighting strung up in the mature trees. For the more ambitious, there is also an in-ground basketball hoop in our driveway that you are welcome to use. Our outdoor activities come with great safety as there is virtually no car traffic as we are the last house on the street with ample
room for free parking!

In addition to your bedroom and bathroom on the second floor, you will be able to enjoy the entire first floor including living room, formal dining room, kitchen, eating areas, family room, front porch sitting area, back yard and deck, basketball hoop, plus a nice fire pit when weather permits.
