For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the house. If any signs of smoking are detected, a violation fee of $300 will be charged.
4.【No Animals】
As much as we love animals, unfortunately, our property is animal-free due to the homeowner's allergies to animal danders/hairs. We have received an exemption from Airbnb, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing any animals with you during your stay. If an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately, and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
5.【No Shoes】
We kindly request that you remove your shoes when entering the house to help us maintain a clean and hygienic environment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
6.【Self-Catering】
Please note that this is a self-catering home, and we will provide an initial starter supply, such as toilet paper. Any additional supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.【Early Check-in】
We understand that you may want to check-in early, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that the early check-in availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival. Please make sure to take all of your personal belongings with you before checking out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge a handling fee of $50 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

To enhance your stay, we offer complimentary water sports equipment such as kayaks and paddle boards, which are stored in the garage for your convenience. Please feel free to use them during your stay. However, it's important to understand that by using these equipment, you assume full responsibility for any risks involved. If you're the one who make the reservation, please be aware that you're accountable for ensuring ALL members of your group who wish to participate review and sign the waiver provided below before using the equipment.
