Professional cleaning company who is following all of the CDC and Airbnb recommendations cleans this cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Brandon. Very close to the Brandon Mall, Brandon Regional Hospital, and major highways. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.
The Space:
Plenty of room for up to 6 guests! The spacious master suite with queen size bed has a private master bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Full kitchen serves up to 6 guests with pots and pans provided. Laundry room with washer/dryer in the home. Free WiFi, Netflix, and local TV programming!
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and the yard, paved parking for 2 vehicles with room for additional parking if needed.
The Neighborhood:
This home is on a quiet street conveniently located across from restaurants and only 2 blocks from a grocery store. Close to Brandon Blvd where there are plenty of other restaurants and things to do! The home backs up to a conservation lot with mature oak canopy and lush vegetation. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in our area and convenient for getting around. The county bus stop is about a 10 minute walk.

Summary: There were a number of things that were not in proper order, the dishwasher didn’t work, garbage disposal didn’t work, the refrigerator doors opened up against the wall, the batteries for the remotes for the air conditioners were dead, and the place was only moderately clean, I think they could’ve done a much better job. The owner was open to our concerns, but because of other circumstances of the medical order, my wife and I could not stay there for our whole vacation. We departed a week early due to her heart condition. We don’t know if it was because of the heat or because of the place we were staying. I contacted Verbo, but they said there was no way we could get a refund, not even part of it. Not really happy with Verbo right now.
