Unit was recently renovated and a new marble kitchen counter top and upgraded cabinetry.sports. It also includes newer leather furniture, tile flooring, carpeting in the bedroom and granite bath and shower Flat screen, smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom (2)area's. along with high speed internet.
The well maintained resort community sports two pools, a hot tub as well as tennis and bocce courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area on the west side of the property. cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Adjoining Carlin Park has a running track, bocce courts, as well as lit tennis courts and an amphitheater.
