CLOSE TO THE BAY & DOWNTOWN SAFETY HARBOR - Relax under the oaks in this park-like setting and enjoy the charm of Safety Harbor. This vacation home is located 3 houses from the bay and within walking distance of the many great restaurants and shops located on or close to Main Street.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY (LIMITED) - There is a small step up to the cement pad from the driveway and a small step down from the cement pad to the front walkway. There is a small step up to the front door. Everything in the house is on one level with enough room to maneuver a wheelchair in all of the living spaces. The master bedroom has wheelchair access. Screened lanai can be accessed by a wheelchair from the cement pad. Please ask owner if you have any additional questions or there are any specific requirements and/or needs.

With all the wonderful new places to eat, there is now something for everyone. If you happen to be here on the 3rd Friday of the month, you can enjoy Safety Harbor's 3rd Friday outdoor street festival on Main Street with live music at the gazebo and street vendors (food and arts/crafts).
PHILLIPPE PARK - Walk 2 short blocks north along Tampa Bay to the south entrance of Phillippe Park (walking, biking, picnic areas, small beach area, boat ramp, Indian burial grounds and Count Phillippe's grave).
This roomy vacation home features a large eat in kitchen with seating for 6 (the table can be expanded with additional leaves and there are additional chairs in the living area. The kitchen also has an island cooktop and eat at bar with 4 bar stools.
3 BEDROOMS - There are 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6). The master bedroom suite is furnished with a KING bed and has a roomy walk-in closet The master has an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both furnished with a QUEEN bed and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
2 BATHROOMS - 2 full bathrooms (master has an ensuite SHOWER/TUB and 2nd bathroom has a WALK-IN SHOWER).
LAUNDRY - INDOOR LAUNDRY ROOM with FULL SIZE WASHER and DRYER.
PETS (Owner's permission is required) - Well behaved pets are accepted with owner's permission. There is an additional cleaning fee with pet.
