We purchased this lovely villa in the perfect location - between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. You can get to either downtown area via our 4 person golf cart.
You can also get to the infamous Savanah Center in about 5 minutes by golf cart and the new amazing First Responders Recreation Center in just 5-10 minutes via golf cart. Head out to breakfast or the grocery store by golf cart too - everything is close by and convenient in this historic area of The Villages.
The villa is surrounded by mature landscaping, beautiful trees and many golf courses and shopping, bars and restaurants are just 1- 2 miles from us both within The Villages itself and just outside The Villages.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath spacious villa - (1500+ sq. feet) with a wide open floor plan, a gas heated pool, a 4 person electric golf cart, a barbeque and some of the fastest wifi available, etc. The master bedroom has a king bed, bedroom # 2 has a double bed and bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Sleeps 6.
You will feel right at home as soon as you enter this spacious 1500+ square foot home. It has been updated with new furnishings, a fresh coat of paint, new floors, new appliances, new linens and other great details.
At no extra charge you will have super fast wifi (1200 mbps) and Roku for hundreds of streaming options for t.v., sports, weather, movies, local news, music, comedy, kids shows, cooking, etc.
The spacious entryway greats you with our home manual right at hand. It is full information about the The Villages, the surrounding area and specifics about our home, pool and golf cart.
The large, bright kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances and a table for 4. There is an abundance of space in the kitchen if you decide to eat in. The major appliances include a flat top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and a sparkling clean refrigerator with a water and a ice dispenser. The kitchen also includes everything you will need, coffee maker (traditional coffee maker not a Keurig), 4 slice toaster, hand mixer, blender, crock pot, silverware, bakeware, pots and pans etc. From the kitchen you can head right into the Florida room and relax on the couch with a great view of the pool. The florida room has windows as well so you can use it three seasons of the year.
In the main area of the house is wide open with a large, bright living space and a dining table for 6-8 people. The new paint, new floors and comfortable new furniture will let you rest and enjoy the Florida weather. The living room has a comfy sectional couch, a reclining chair, a 50 inch flat screen t.v. and a dvd player.
The king master bedroom has a view of the pool and is bright and happy with lovely new linens, a 50 inch flat screen tv, a ceiling fan, two dressers and two nightstands. The master bath has a walk-in shower with a glass shower door, large shower head, with hand held, double vanity/sinks, a very roomy walk in closet, a linen closet and a separate toilet room.
The second bedroom is bright and lovely, with a double bed, a ceiling fan, two dressers, two nightstands, a large window, a spacious closet and a 36 inch t.v.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a large dresser, a nightstand and a good size closet.
The second bath has a single sink and a tub/shower combo.
We have provided new pool towels, extra outdoor chairs, extra pillows, linens, blankets and bath towels, an iron and ironing board, games, books, cards, puzzles, dvd's, hair dryers, a scale, laundry hampers, hangers, a cooler, etc.
Sit by the newly refinished (Aug 2023) heated pool and relax under our 11 foot umbrella. A table for 8 awaits you as well as two comfy lounge chairs if you prefer the sun. There are more chairs and pool floats in the garage. The yard is completely fenced in for 100% privacy. There is also a barbeque for your use.
The new washer and dryer are close at hand in the garage - so you don't have to see or hear them while you relax.
The 4 person golf cart will let you zip into town to do errands, catch a movie, shop, dance, grab a drink or get a great meal. We have also purchased a golf cart roadside assistance plan which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will never get stranded. Spanish Springs is a quick 12 minute ride away. The Savannah Center is a 3 - 4 minute ride away and Lake Sumter Landing is about a 20 minute golf cart ride away. Visit the new First Responder Recreation Center to play some croquet, sit by the fire pit, play pickle ball, sand volleyball or lawn bowling.
We help get you started with your stay by providing some basics such as paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher soap, dish soap, laundry soap, sugar, spices, and some basic cleaning supplies.
Your stay will also include visitor/guest passes at no additional cost to you - or two Lifestyle Id’s for an additional $50/pair.
We have a local and very responsive property manager in case any needs arise.
Our lease and golf cart waiver must be signed within 5 days of booking or the property will be re-listed.
Please note that during the months of January, February, March and April - preference is given to tenants requesting an entire one month stay.
Off peak months are subject to 4 night minimum. We offer weekly and monthly discounts off the daily rates.
Cleaning fee -$225
No up front damage/ security deposit - VRBO's agreement requires that your payment source be kept active and on file through-out your stay, for up to $500 in damages to be charged in the event of any occurrences. Please note that if the pet or smoking policy is violated you will be charged the entire $500 deposit whether damages are found or not. No exceptions.
Extra fee for the months of November, December, January and February for pool heat, $25 for 4- 7 night stay. $50 for 8-13 night stay, $75 for 14-21 night stay and $100 for 21+ night stay.
Landlord reserves the right to cancel the Residential Short Term Lease Agreement signed with the tenant at any time due to the tenants violation of any of its terms.
