Need to Know:
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU DON’T HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
- The home will sleep 6 comfortable, but we will allow up to 8 with kids. No more then six adults.
-Dogs are only allowed with owners approval. We do require a pet fee of $150 per pet
