LOCATION: Nestled along the picturesque Biscayne Bay, the neighborhood of Coconut Grove, affectionately known as "The Grove," exudes an abundance of charm, history, and cultural richness within its cozy confines. Amidst the bohemian bungalows, you'll discover independent bookshops and locally-owned cafes, all contributing to the vibrant tapestry of this remarkable community. CocoWalk and the bustling heart of Coconut Grove are conveniently situated, just a short 3-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute stroll away.
CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed, TV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen side bed and direct access to the pool area.
THIRD BEDROOM: Features a queen bed.

Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
