Situated in the heart of Kendal, this terraced property has been beautifully modernised and makes an ideal base for couples or a small family looking to explore the Lake District National Park. For those who like to be close to amenities, there are shops, pub and restaurants just a few hundred yards from the doorstep. Set out over three floors, there is a living/dining room and kitchen on the ground floor, a kingsize bedroom and single bedroom (with extra single bed if required) on the first floor, and a further double bedroom and family bathroom on the second floor. Outside, there is a courtyard to sit out in during the warmer months. Beach 9 miles. Shop 400 yards, pub and restaurant 175 yards.
