On one level is the pool area with sun loungers and plenty of shade under the mature trees or the exotic arbor. Here you can relax and refresh yourself in the inviting heated pool. This incredible pool is at your disposal with a counter-current system and hydromassage. The upper level invites you to get together with the barbecue and plenty of space for pleasant open-air dining.
The interior of the villa successfully combines modern and traditional with a touch of Mediterranean style. All bedrooms with double beds are located on the second floor and on the first floor you will find a bright, pleasant space connecting the living and dining room with the fully equipped kitchen. If you are traveling with children, a children's corner for the little ones, badminton and Nintendo for the adults are available on request. Villa Eugenia also awaits you with exercise equipment.
Villa Eugenia is located in the small village of Zagore near Brsec and Moscenicka Draga, an area known for its beautiful beaches and numerous cafes and restaurants. At the crossroads of Istria and Kvarner, the mountains and the Adriatic Sea, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and beaches with crystal clear sea. The romantic Lungomare promenade also runs through this area and connects the coastal towns. For all nature lovers and active vacationers, we recommend visiting the Ucka Nature Park. If you want to visit and explore the nearby islands, you can reach them by ferry (Cres) and other tourist towns such as Opatija or Rabac, which are only 20 minutes away by car. The nearest beach is only 3 km away and you can reach Zagore Stupova beach on foot - there is a hiking trail through the forest so you can be at the beach in just 30 minutes. There is a golf course in Brsec just 3 km from the villa.
