Summary: This is a very nice property. It's clean and well maintained. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and centrally located. The owners are helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. If you are interested in more details, please keep reading.We stayed at this property in April 2025. Check-in was simple and the check-in instructions were provided to us about a week ahead of time. This is a modern home. It's very clean and in good repair. It's located in a small quiet neighborhood. There is almost no traffic. We felt safe walking our dog. The neighbors are friendly and you will often see them walking their dogs.The house is well appointed. The appliances work. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and two coffee makers (a Keurig and a drip coffee maker). The heat works well. There is central A/C, but we didn't need to use it. There is plenty of hot water and a good shower. There are three bedrooms and room to sleep (at least) six people. The mattresses appear to be new. We only used one bed, and it was comfortable. There is extra bedding, and plenty of extra towels.This property is very centrally located and convenient to Rte 6, 6A and 28. There is a small shopping plaza a few minutes away with the usual stores (grocery, pharmacy, fast food, gas, etc). There is also easy access to a variety of restaurants. Hyannis, Sandwich, Chatham, Orleans, etc are each about 20 minutes away.
