Spacious 2-story Penthouse with rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing, family vacation, golf outing or working from paradise. Located in the heart of Loiza, PR, the Aquatika Resort Style Complex has a lot to offer including beach access, several pools and tubs, tennis courts, playgrounds, beach volleyball and a put-put area. The property is new to this Vrbo platform, but it has been listed in other well known platforms for 3+ years.
Just 30 min from the airport, 45 min from San Juan metro area and 20 min from El Yunque rainforest. The complex is also close to several of Puerto Rico's top golf courses.
The unit is located inside a gated resort style complex about 30 minutes away from the SJU airport. There are 3 designated parking spots for this unit. I strongly recommend getting a rental car, since Uber service and taxis are not readily available in this area. There are a couple of local restaurants and a convenience store close by. I can also offer some contact info for taxi services.
Spacious living area, full kitchen and dining table that can sit 6. The unit has 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 twin beds + additional twin bed that slides out from bottom bed drawer). En-suite master bath, and a full bath on the hallway. Both baths with tubs. A spiral staircase will take you to the spacious second floor loft where you will find a family room, office area and access to the rooftop terrace. There's also a half bath on the second floor. A washer/dryer are available inside the unit. You will also find beach chairs, towels, toys and a cooler. We also provide tennis rackets, beach paddles and a volleyball ball. The property has WiFi availability and has a Smart TV where you access your Netflix, Amazon Prime and other personal accounts.
Guests/Stay:
All guest full names (including children) will need to be provided at the time of booking. This is required for the guest registration process within the Aquatika complex. Guest changes/additions (up to the maximum allowed) are permitted up to 72hrs before check-in.
Please note you may experience power outages during your stay due to the nature of Puerto Rico’s electrical system, and backup generators are not allowed in the Aquatika complex. A backup battery is available upon request to power small items like a fan, fridge and cellphones. There are also flashlights and battery powered fans located in the unit for your convenience.
Water supply outages are also possible due to droughts or city water challenges. A backup water tank is available to cover short outages.
Also, please note the Caribbean is prone to hurricane activity. Hurricane season runs from June - November, so please plan or purchase trip insurance/protection accordingly.
Bracelets:
All Aquatika guests, including children, need to always wear an Aquatika bracelet while in the property. This will ensure you are always identified as an authorized guest and are able to enjoy all the resort style amenities. Failure to do so can result in penalties or removal from the complex without a refund.
Bracelets have a cost of $10/person and it is included in your nightly rate. Bracelets’ cost is not refundable under any circumstances.
The guard will provide a bracelet for each registered guest upon arrival. Only those guests that were specified on the booking will be allowed entry and a bracelet.
Aquatika complex pool/other amenities availability are subject to change depending on scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and lifeguard availability.
