A beautifully furnished 3 Bedroom Apartment with amazing sea views set over two levels each with separate access plus a large roof terrace with BBQ and outdoor furniture, perfect for family holidays.
On site facilities are restaurant, bar, large communal swimming pool, gym and coworking space.
Accommodation consists of three en suite bedrooms on the first floor and a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the second floor.
The open plan living and dining area opens up to a large balcony with sun beds and extra dining with wonderful sea views over Chalong Bay and the outlying islands. For entertainment there is a flat screen Smart TV.
The western kitchen with breakfast bar, is fully equipped with electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses.
There is also a convenient bathroom on this level.
Stairs led down to the sleeping area where you have three en suite bedrooms with a king, queen and twin beds. Two bedrooms open out onto a large balcony with seating, again with great sea views. All bedrooms come with dressing gowns and toiletries.
Roof Terrace
From the living area balcony steps lead up to the roof terrace which has sunbeds, umbrella and seating. You can take advantage of soaking in the views over Chalong Bay. There is also a large gas BBQ and we can arrange for a private chef to cook and serve for you.
Rate include all taxes, daily cleaning, all linen and towels, internet, smart TV and welcome pack.
The apartment is air conditioned throughout and the building has a lift so both levels can be accessed.
This is a private duplex apartment within a resort setting so guests have free access to the large communal pool and sunbathing areas, gym and beach club. There is an on site restaurant, bar and guests can pay for these services by cash or credit card.
