Step into our beautifully appointed retreat and be greeted by warm, Southwestern-inspired decor and an abundance of natural light. The spacious living area features comfortable seating and ambient lighting, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. The main house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional detached studio guesthouse located behind the main house with queen size bed, 1 bathroom, and the ultimate luxury—a private 2-person hot tub. This property can accomodate up to 10 people!
Main House:
Harmony House has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, front porch and backyard. We have recently remodeled the home to its full beauty. The backyard is still being worked on and slowly finishing up the landscape work. There is a table, chairs, and charcoal grill to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
Bedrooms: Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms each with queen sized beds provide cozy and stylish accommodations for a restful night's sleep. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated, each with its own unique charm. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, closet, dresser, full size mirror, private bathroom with shower, tub, and double vanity.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, spacious closet, dresser, chair, full size mirror, and private bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen size bed, night stands, and a closet.
Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy for all guests. The primary bathroom has a shower, tub, double vanity, and linen closet. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo, linen closet and additional door that you can open to the hallway and share the bathroom with additional guests.
Living Spaces: The open-concept living spaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax in the living room, gather around the dining table for shared meals, or step outside to the patio to savor Sedona's relaxing energy.
The living room also has a pull out sofa with a premium memory foam queen sized mattress, chairs and ottoman, Smart TV, DVD player, coffee/tea bar, board games, and a work station.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, wall oven and microwave, making it a breeze to prepare delicious meals. Kitchen has all the tools and appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals. Dine indoors in the charming dining area, or take your meals outside to the private patio, where you can savor them while soaking in the Red Rock energy of Sedona.
Detached Studio Guesthouse:
This private guesthouse built in December of 2023 features a thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom layout, providing you with the perfect blend of intimacy and relaxation. The bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed adorned with premium linens, promising a restful night's sleep. The decor is inspired by the stunning natural surroundings and art by local artists, creating a tranquil atmosphere for your Sedona retreat.

Full Bathroom: Refresh and rejuvenate in the sleek, modern full bathroom complete with a spacious tile shower, fresh towels, bath robes, Pendleton towels for the hot tub and complimentary toiletries.
Kitchen: The kitchen is inviting and modern. Prepare meals with the provided electric counter top hot plate, multi-function microwave with air fryer or outdoor gas grill. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, cookware, tableware and all the other tools/gadgets you will need. Enjoy your culinary creations and sit indoors or at the outdoor bistro table and chairs, soaking in the ambiance of the guesthouse.
Electric Fireplace: Cozy up on cool desert evenings with the warmth and charm of the electric fireplace while relaxing in bed, creating a snug atmosphere for you to unwind.

You will have access and privacy to the entire property. There is parking for up to 3-4 cars in the driveway.
Other things to note:
-Mike or the property manager will be by on Sundays to take out the trash (trash day is Monday) and will return Monday to take in the trash barrel.
- Mike or the property manager may be by to water the outdoor plants as needed.
-During the winter months, in the main house, when the heating system turns on it may create a sound in the HVAC system in the ceiling. The sound is like a quick popping sound caused by the expansion and contraction of the metal in the HVAC system. We have provided each bedroom with a space heater as an alternative heat source if that is preferred.
-Please note there is a pet fee of $25 per pet, per night. This fee is charged separately after your booking is confirmed and is due before check-in. Please read the pet policy in the house rules section for more information.
