Step into this gorgeous, newly renovated condo and just "Drift Away". This property has been updated from top to bottom with new flooring, lighting, cabinets, furniture, etc. The property is located on the first floor and has stunning ocean front views from the wrap around porch.
When you enter the property, you walk into the spacious open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen has all new appliances, attractive countertops, and beautiful, two-toned cabinets. The island has barstool seating for four. As you make your way across the room following the ocean views, you will find the natural wood dining table with bench seating. A jukebox is tucked into an adorable nook and beach themed décor surrounds you. The living room offers the perfect place to relax and cozy up on the large couch in front of the electric fireplace or sit and watch the waves roll in through the unobstructed sliders. The sliders open up to the wrap around porch with breathtaking ocean views and a picnic table for outdoor dining! There are also Adirondack chairs on the deck for lounging.
The condo has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The first bedroom has a Full day bed and television in the room with access to the deck. The bathroom has a stand up, tiled shower with a glass door and a single vanity with a Bluetooth mirror. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, deck access, and a television in the room as well. The bathroom has a shower tub combination with tiled walls surrounding and a large double sink vanity with a Bluetooth mirror. The spacious primary bedroom has a King bed, television, sitting chair, and sliders that lead out to the deck. The en suite bathroom has a massive barnwood style, tiled shower and double sink vanity with Bluetooth mirror. Off of the primary bedroom is a game room with arcade games, large connect four, monopoly rug, and other fun surprises!
Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court.
