Beautifully updated Lake front turnkey furnished pool home behind the gates in Huntington Pointe on PALMER RANCH. When you walk in the front door. You will get the wow feeling from the high ceilings, large diagonal tile, crown molding, and Plantation shutters through out. The three large glass sliders that open to the pool area, will give you great views of the pool and the beautiful lake from almost every room. The master suite includes a beautifully remodeled master bathroom with a large walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub, large vanity with dual sinks and Granite counters, and his and hers walk in closets. The guest bath has also been updated with new vanity, mirror, and lighting. The pool area includes a large covered area for entertaining, and the Pool and spa were resurfaced. This large single family home has it all and is ready for a rental. The home has three bedroom, two bathrooms, family room/kitchen combination, living room/dining room combination, split bedrooms. The kitchen has stainless appliances, breakfast bar with stools, and plenty of cabinet and counter top space. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large walk in closet, access to the pool and an on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom has one twin bed. Pool access through the master bedroom, living room and family room. The owner will consider a small (15 pound of under) dog with a non-refundable pet fee. Owner is open to a short term (three month minimum) booking. Unit can be rented for a long term 12 MONTH AND UP OR short term July 15 through November 15 at $4, 500 per month, and December 2021 through April at $6500 per month. Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.
House Rules.
The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
