The luxurious and spacious two storey partial sea view villa is in a private gated community overlooking Layan Beach. This beautiful home is a 20-minute walk from the beach and is set in the hills with cool breezes away from the hustle of the beach. It exudes an atmosphere of tranquillity where one can relax.
The space
The very spacious villa has abundant open spaces and living areas to relax. On entering the villa on the top floor a large open plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge area greets you. The sliding doors can open entirely to access the pool area with sun loungers and a Sala with a partial sea view. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and its own lounge area and dressing area is also on this floor and has sliding doors to access the pool. There is also a small guest bathroom next to the kitchen. This villa is finished to an extremely high standard and well presented and maintained throughout.
The floating stairs lead down to a vast relaxing area with desk and kitchenette. The fully equipped laundry room can be accessed on this floor. The remaining two bedrooms are expansive and each have their own relaxing lounge area, beautiful ensuite bathrooms and plenty of storage/ cupboard space. Both. bedrooms have their own private balconies, one with a garden view and one with a sea view.

The beautiful surrounding beaches are a short walk down a steep hill and would take about 20 minutes to reach on foot but to see more of the beauty of Phuket and other beaches and restaurants and the shopping and nightlife area you might wish to consider car or motorbike hire. Taxis and minivans are widely available on Grab, Bolt and In driver.
