**Package Details:**
- Each cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, offering stunning views of Grand Lake and Grand Island as soon as you step inside.
- The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas lead to a sliding glass door that opens onto a private patio overlooking the lake. Each patio is equipped with a gas grill (fuel tank provided, but the amount may vary) and seating for four.
- A linen package is included (please note: no daily housekeeping or towel exchange service is provided, and all linens must remain inside the cottages).
**Cottage Layout:**
- Accommodates a maximum of 4 adults or 6 guests with children aged 15 and under.
- Each cottage includes a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed (weight limits: 400 lbs for the bottom bunk and 200 lbs for the top bunk).

The Grand Cottages and Suite offer a range of common areas across the 2-acre property for guests to enjoy. Besides the three lakefront cottages, we also have three lakeview suites available for a minimum two-night stay.
