Under new ownership and recently refurbished, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property is the ideal vacation home for couples, friends or families. A spacious open plan living room includes a kitchen and dining area, with patio doors leading out to a private terrace for outdoor dining. Upstairs, both bedrooms are air conditioned, with the master bedroom benefitting from its own outdoor balcony and seating area.
3 Mango Court is one of 4 townhouses set around a sparkling pool and patio area. Sun loungers and umbrella are provided. The courtyard development is private and secure, with entry by electronic gates.
Geoff, the Property Manager, will be at the house to greet you upon your arrival and will be available throughout your stay should you have any questions. Weekly maid service is included.

Summary: The property looks great. New paint and good furnishings. Noticeable immediately, there’s no bathroom on the main floor. Plantation shutters everywhere, no screens or glass windows. Cannot close off outside noise. No barrier for mosquitoes. The unit was ok, but far from the premium expected by its high price.
