Spacious villa, facing panoramic windows to the South, has a territory of 4032 m2, a magnificent tropical garden, relaxation areas, a heated pool and a playground. All five bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Ground floor: a spacious hall with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, there is an additional exit to the street from the kitchen and an utility room with washing, drying and ironing machines adjoins it. Guest toilet. Two bedrooms with bathrooms and dressing rooms. From the salon you find yourself on a covered sunny terrace where you can have a wonderful summer evening with your family and friends and enjoy the views.
