Charming cottage on western Tjörn with a wonderful location on a beach plot with its own jetty and a panoramic view of the western sea and Koön. A better location than this is hard to find! A perfect accommodation for the couple or the small family. The cottage dates back to the end of the 19th century with retained charm and original parts such as the floor and wood stove. Carefully renovated and decorated tastefully with feeling and care. A real treat for those of you who want to live in a genuine older croft with a fantastic location. Ideally, you should not be too tall, as the ceiling height is approx. 1.85 m. Start the day with a morning swim from your own jetty and then sit down with a cup of coffee and just enjoy the breathtaking view. Here there is lively boat traffic during the summer months on the "sea's E6" which passes outside. If you have children, they will love the nice shallow sandy beach which is 20 m from the house. The cottage is located on a hilly beach plot and also has a small lawn for play and games. From the balcony you have a wonderful view and can enjoy a good meal or afternoon coffee on the first floor. If you don't want to cook yourself, there is a well-known restaurant at Björholmen's Marina that is open every day during the summer. In Ängeviken's guest harbor ( 100 m) there is a kiosk and seating areas where you can sit and admire the beautiful boats and take part in folk life. The cottage has a homely kitchen with a dining area, an airy living room with a warming stove for cool evenings, a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub (no shower). In the alcove in the living room (formerly the veranda) there is a single bed screened off with draperies. In a separate annex there are 2 beds in the form of a modern pull-out double bed. In the annex there is also an extra bathroom with shower and WC. There is also a washing machine and freezer here. Many attractions and charming archipelago communities in the immediate area. Feel free to visit the nearby Sculpture in Pilane, which is an experience for all ages. Pilane is one of Sweden's most beautiful cultural landscapes with traces from the Stone Age. Here the sheep graze freely alongside fun, exciting, thought-provoking art by some of the world's leading artists. The nearest service centers are Skärhamn 15 km and Kållekärr 11 km. The boathouse at the jetty is not included in the property. The cabin has fibre. NOTE Please respect a maximum of 3 people, no smoking and that pets are not allowed.
