The home is only a 3 minute drive or 1.4mi to Bellair Beach Access point #1, which is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL white sand beaches on the west coast of Florida. The home is located around the corner from White Knuckle Water Sports, along with Westshore Pizza, Bonefish Grill, and Walgreens. There are tons of restaurants, shops, water activities, and beaches within minutes for you to enjoy. Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82°F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees.
