Life Styles of the Rich and Famous at an affordable price! The only way to describe this condo is the true feeling of 'Breathtaking'. The moment you walk in the door, you will be able to see the 'Purrfect' ocean view, and the best part, you will be able to hear the waves, smell the Ocean/Beach and see the perfect sunset. Our condo is only a few steps from the pristine beaches !!!

Make sure you bring your computer/laptop so that you can enjoy the view of the ocean, or even on the balcony. If you are working from home, Shhh... don't tell your boss that you are on vacation and preserve your 'Working' vacation days!!!

You will appreciate our new, completely renovated condo. Custom designer decorated. This condo has received the highest rating through ResortQuest (formerly named Abbott Resorts) Management company for the past five years! Beautiful bright, cheerful colors and furnishings keep you wanting to come back year after year. Make your vacation memories here.
The condo has nine-foot ceilings throughout, making it feel very roomy. There is a bunk area that can sleep two or more. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and flows into the master bathroom. The master contains a king-size bed, large TV Cable, DVD, VCR and plenty of storage. There is ceramic tile throughout that mimics the beautiful ocean color. An over sized fabulously decorated hall bathroom is also present. The unit contains a large washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The sofa in the living area becomes a queen-size sleeper which allows you to be lulled to sleep at night by the ocean waves.
The grassy lawn in front of our condo unit is a perfect area for children to play. The unit is located on the second floor, which gives you a beautiful view of Seagrove Beach.
