31 day min, Charming 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bath, w/ small living room rear detached guest house with private gated entrance and 2 outdoor patios (covered & uncovered) with 2 tables, 6 chairs and lots of plants. Driveway parking extra $100/mo if available and street parking included (permit and non permit). Very quiet, no parties or loud noise. New to VRBO so I dont have reviews + use other apps. Summary: My daughter and I are new to Los Angeles and we very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The outside space is great and we enjoyed the covered patio and plants! Even though it is quite small the space is well designed and has all amenities we needed. There are Alexa devices and tvs with Roku in the rooms and plenty of closet space. The location is great, the neighborhood is clean and neighbors are friendly. The owner is super communicative and accommodating! Thank you sooooo much for welcoming us!!!
