THE CONDO
This Coconut Palm One-bedroom condo is an impressive vacation rental situated at the deluxe condominium resort of Palm Aruba Condos. The blue and green floral tones of this condo welcome one and all to become a part of the space. It has an open plan living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, 4 seat dining table, a queen-size sofa bed, HDTV and access to the furnished balcony overlooking the pool area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, HDTV, closet and separate master bathroom with shower.
Central Air Conditioning in all areas, hot water, free wireless internet, two flat-screens Cable TV (in living room and bedroom), in-room washer/dryer facilities are all available for your extra comfort.

THE RESORT
Palm Aruba Condos is located in the heart of the Palm Beach area of our “One Happy Island”. The resort offers a ‘kiddies’ pool, adult pool, recreational area with 4 large BBQ-grills (It's free, but please book in advance), picnic tables, a small playground, and hard surface tennis and (half) basketball practice court. There is also a gym which overlooks the pool area and has plenty of fitness equipment to keep you fit during your stay! The pool area is surrounded by sun lounges, lounge chairs, tables and parasols and is the perfect place to relax.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Palm Beach offers plenty of water sports companies, piers, beach bars, restaurants, entertainment, casinos and shops. Two of the largest shopping malls in Aruba, Palm Beach Plaza Mall and Paseo Herencia, cater to the shopping fever and offer various restaurants, cinema theaters, water fountain shows, game rooms, bowling, arcade games and Spa facilities. At night this area comes to life as the various lively nightclubs, cafe, bars and restaurant give an upbeat entertainment experience.
Just a stone’s throw away from the Palm Aruba Condos you can find a variety of eating places – from breakfast to dinner -, a gas station, several convenient stores, a local bank and the Caribbean famed ‘Island Yoga Center’ – a yoga sanctuary in Aruba.

GETTING AROUND the Palm Beach area
You can use the bus service - and it is pretty good if you just want to go into the city for some shopping or just to walk around, but you'll miss out on some great exploring of the island if you don't rent a car. There are several car rental companies in the Palm Beach area and they are quite reasonable. There are also a number of bike hire companies on the island and you will generally find them good value and easy-going. You will find further information online and, after you arrive, our concierge service at the main desk will be happy to help you.

We are Mary and Peter, and we are your hosts. We spend quite a lot of time in Aruba but if we are not there during your stay we have personnel at the resort to look after you through out your stay!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
IMPORTANT : Sometimes, for operational or emergency repair / maintenance reasons we may need to change the condo that has been booked to a different, but similar, condo.
We guarantee that the replacement condo will be the same type (e.g. 1 or 2 bedroom) and, if possible, on the same floor. There will be no extra charge, and don't worry, it rarely happens, and all our apartments are of the same 5-star standard...!

Please remember this stay is an 'AirBnB' type stay and does not provide frequent cleaning or changing of bed linen. You only the departure cleaning, which. in most cases is included in your original booking payment. If you require interim cleaning and bed linen / towel changes then an additional charge of $45 per instance is payable directly to the maintenance company at the resort. This is an option, of course!

1. What is the power plug and socket type?
Same voltage and socket type as US and Canada (120v).
2. How far is it to the beach and the Airport from the condo?
700 meters to the beach (about 15 min walk to Palm Beach) and 9,7 km to the airport (about 20 min driving).
3. Do we need to rent a car during my stay?
Palm Beach is only 15 min walk from the condo, however, if you plan to explore the island then yes, you would definitely benefit from having a car.
4. Where could I rent a car?
Our guests generally use Royal Rent-a-Car and they have never reported any issues to us. They will also deliver to the resort directly.
5. Do you have an available cooler, beach chairs, and umbrellas?
Yes, we can provide all of these items on an 'availability' basis.
6. What is the Internet speed?
The basic download speed within the resort is between 15mbps-25mbps. Many apartments have upgraded to a SUPERFAST Wi-Fi speed and we try to allocate those apartments to guests who are visiting Aruba specifically to work. Additionally, we have several mobile ‘Hot-Spot’ units that allow 5GB highspeed usage per day, but there is an extra charge for this, so please advise before your visit if you require one.
7. Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, on request, and for $10/night up to a maximum of $50 per stay.
8. Will you provide towels?
Yes, a white set to use in the flat and a yellow set to take to the beach or pool. Please note that towels will not be replaced. Please keep in mind this stay is an ‘Airbnb’ type stay and if you require additional cleaning, fresh bed linen, and clean towels during your stay there is an extra charge.
9. The unit has a washing machine and dryer?
Yes, all apartments have a washing machine and dryer for the exclusive use of the guest.
10. Are there any shops and restaurants around the resort?
There are many shops, restaurants, and bars along the road to the Hotel & Beach area.
