A primary bedroom with King bed and private bath rounds out the spaces on the first floor. The second floor has a second primary bedroom with a Queen and private bathroom as well as two bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of these rooms has two sets of bunk beds with trundles.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
