Willkommen im Ferienappartement „Im Ring" in der schönen Salz- und Hansestadt Lüneburg. Hier können Sie Ihren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Hier wohnen Sie ruhig ( Sackgassenlage) und trotzdem zentral. Die Lüneburger Innenstadt erreichen Sie mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten ( 200m entfernt ist die nächste Haltestelle) oder aber zu Fuß in 35 Minuten. Den nächsten Supermarkt erreichen Sie fußläufig in ca. 7 Minuten und einen Bäcker in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
In den Sommermonaten bietet unser Appartement ein besonderes Highlight: Das Freibad ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Nähe zu den "Rote Rosen" Studios, diese erreicht man in nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß.
Auch naturverbundene Gäste werden hier auf Ihre Kosten kommen, in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein kleines Waldstück, welches zu Spaziergängen einlädt.
Das Apartment verteilt sich über 2 Etagen auf einer Wohnfläche von ca. 34m². Das Erdgeschoss beherbergt den Flur mit Garderobe und Schuhschrank. Weiterhin befindet sich im Erdgeschoss die offene Landhausküche (mit Ceranfeld, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierkombination) mit direktem Zugang zur sonnigen Südterrasse. Die Küche bietet ausreichend Platz, um hier in Ruhe zu frühstücken. Das Duschbad (innnenliegend)mit einem kleinen Waschtisch runden die optimale Raumnutzung im Erdgeschoss ab. Über eine vollwertige Holztreppe gelangen Sie ins Obergeschoss. Hier steht Ihnen ein lichtdurchfluteter Wohn- Schlafbereich zur Verfügung. Genießen Sie den Ausblick durch drei große Fenster. Der Wohnbereich ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine gemütliche Rattanstizgruppe, einen Flachbildfernseher mit Radio, ausreichend Stauraum und eine Schlafnische. Diese ist mit einem Doppelbett ( 1,40mx2,0m) ausgestattet
Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für Ihren PKW finden Sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Appartement. Weiterhin steht unseren Gästen eine Sonnenterrasse mit Südausrichtung zur Verfügung. Diese ist mit einem XL-Deluxe Strandkorb ausgestattet und bietet einen schönen Blick in den weitläufigen Garten.
Unser Apartment ist für 2 Personen geeignet. Nach Absprache auch für 2 Erwachsen mit einem Kleinkind. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und zwei Bademäntel werden Ihnen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
