The apartment is an extension of the main house but provides complete privacy with its own personal entrance, ensuring a peaceful and independent stay.
Parking is available in the driveway, making it easy to come and go as you please. The apartment's prime location also means you are only 15 minutes away from the Vero Beach mall, offering a variety of shopping and dining options. Additionally, the nearby highway provides quick and easy access to explore the wider area.
Despite the apartment's private setting, you're never truly alone—we are just a knock away if you need anything, ready to assist with any requests or concerns. Enjoy the tranquility of this charming apartment while having all the amenities and attractions you need within close reach.
It is a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It is about 8 miles from the beach and grocery stores are about 5 minutes away. There is room to park in the driveway as well. This room is an extension of the house but it is completely closed off and has its own personal entrance. It is also about 15 minutes away from our Vero beach mall and the highway is nearby as well. We are just a knock away if the guest needs anything.
